Father in the name of Jesus. Lord as we fellowship with you and share your word together. Let there be a release, a release of your grace. Let lives be turned around, that lives be transformed. Lord, I pray that no one under the sound of my voice will go back the same. I pray that your word will speak to them, that they will hear more than once. And they will hear your spirit speak to them. They will hear your Spirit talk to them. That each one will be in the place of fellowship with your Spirit, as I share your word. Thank you, Father, because I know this is your desire for your people. And I declare that no one will go back the same. Lord, your people will be healed. Your people will be saved. Your people will be delivered. Your people will be lifted. They will be lifted in their spirits in the name of Jesus. Thank you also Lord God for me. I humble myself before you Lord and Lord I receive utterance. Speak through me, Lord. Speak to your precious people through me, in Jesus name. Amen. Glory to God.

This morning I want to share with you a world that is titled, The place of dominion.

The place of dominion. Praise the Lord.

God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings. God has empowered us. God has done everything. There’s nothing new that God is about to do. We have heard this again and again and again and again. That as it regards our lives, God has finished the work.

On the cross, Jesus said it is finished. There is nothing new that is about to do, and he has loaded us with His blessings. Praise the Lord.

There is no lack in our lives. There is nothing that we need right now we desire right now that has not been given. You know what, they will manifest. They will manifest in their times, and they will manifest as we take the right steps. Praise the Lord.

I want to talk about “The Place of Dominion”. Haven done all that he has done. God wants you and I to take charge. He wants you and I to take charge of everything. Everything, that concerns us. Sometimes we forget and we approach God as if some things have not been fixed. Some things are lacking. We look at the physical and we approach God and begin to relate with him as if some things are lacking in our lives. They may be lacking physically but the truth is, they have been given. Praise the Lord.

And so, God wants us to take charge. Otherwise, the things that God has done for us can be overturned. If we don’t take charge. Praise the Lord.

If we don’t take charge, they can be overturned. If you look at Genesis 1:26-28. You will see God loading man with his blessings and setting a divine order.

Bible says “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” and in verse 28, And God blessed them…” And God blessed them.

And God blessed them.

And God has blessed you.

And God has blessed us.

Let me say again, God has blessed you. God has Bless you.

Someone say, God has blessed me. God has blessed me.

Say it again. God has blessed me.

Now think about that area of lack that area of need that area of turmoil, that area of challenge, think about it and say, God has blessed me. Even in this area of my life, God has blessed me.

The Bible says “And God blessed them and God and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (KJV)

Praise the Lord.

God blessed man, with everything that the man will need to have a good life. I am talking about the restored man. Here we see Adam, later of course, Adam fell. But I am talking about you see, I am talking about you and I am not talking about Adam. We are reading about Adam, but we are talking about you and me.

Because Jesus came to restore all the graces that Adam lost. He came to restore the authority that Adam lost. In fact, the Bible makes us understand that Jesus and Adam, Jesus didn’t come with a greater power, greater honour no greater glory than Adam know. The Bible describes him as a last Adam. Meaning that is same glory, the same power, the same authority with which Adam came, Jesus had the same, the same, not more. Praise the Lord. So, Jesus went to the cross and died for you and me, deliberately. He paid the price, consciously and deliberately, with a purpose in his mind to achieve, and that’s to restore you and I and now we have been fully restored. Praise the Lord, we have been fully restored.

And so, reading from the Scripture, it says, “And God blessed them. And God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth”. It is talking to you and it’s talking to me. Praise the Lord.

What is dominion?

Dominion is ruling power. The authority that rules everything around. The power that can put things in control or under control. That is dominion. Someone may have some powerful biceps, some powerful muscles, very huge, a giant, very powerful guy. And the governor of the state maybe as tall as I am. Praise God, not as short as I am. as tall as I am. Praise the Lord. Just have my statue and the governor opens his mouth so make a law or a decree or a statement and that huge guy will have to bow. That muscular guy provided is within the domain of the governor, he will have to power. Praise the Lord.

So, when he says have dominion is, he saying rule over, take charge, be in control? Now, when God was creating every other thing, the way he created every other thing is not exactly the way He created man.

You know the Bible says if you check first 25 of Genesis chapter one, if you read from the earlier verses, but I just want to show you verse 25, you will see how God created the other creations and God made the beasts of the earth from after his kind and cattle after their kind and everything that creepeth upon the earth, after his kind, and God saw that it was good. There was nothing special. There was nothing spectacular about these creations. And in verse 26, And God said, let us make man.

Now, if God had ended there, a made man, man would have been like every other creation, an ordinary man, a commoner. But he went on to say, let us make man in our image. That makes man a God on earth, a supernatural being on the earth, Praise the Lord. And because he has been made a God, God said to him, rule over your domain. Praise the Lord and, you know I wonder why God would ask man, command man, give man the authority to rule over his domain.

If you look carefully at the book of Genesis, same Genesis chapter one, and you look at verse one, if you take a careful look at verse one, you will understand verses 1-2 you will understand that the earth that we see today is a recreated earth. The Bible says in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now when God creates, you can expect the kind of creation that will be. God created the heavens and the earth. Then verse two says, and the earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep and the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (KJV) And as you read down you will see God began to say, let there be. let there be. let there be, and God after saying that he began to make them. So, I began to wonder, how come the scripture says, and God created the heaven and the earth? Yet, the earth was without form. It was without void. Something must have gone wrong.
